Our Statement
It is the policy of OPMAAM GLOBAL RESOURCES LTD to provide products and services that satisfy the construction’s needs, meet specified quality requirements and in accordance with contractual specification, meet code and regulatory requirements.
To ensure that this is accomplished, the Quality Assurance Manual has been developed to comply with the requirements of the ISO9002/1994 International Organization of Standardization.
The quality assurance personnel performing activities affecting quality shall have sufficient authority, access to work areas, and organizational freedom to prevent and identify quality problems. And also the quality assurance personnel shall initiate, recommend and provide solutions to quality problems through designated channel, and verify implementations of solutions.
The Managing Director/Directors have the authority and responsibility for overall management. They shall delegate their responsibilities to the Site Manager.
The Site Manager has the overall responsibility to implement the quality assurance system and other personnel shall be responsible for performing activities as described in Quality Assurance Manual. The Site Manager has the responsibility for performing activities as described in Quality Assurance Manual. The Site Manager has the responsibility for the overall management of the quality assurance system.
The Project responsibility for the implementation and verification, and establishment of the Quality Assurance Manual is delegated to the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Team Manager, who shall report directly to the Site Manager.
The Site Manager shall resolve any conflicts, which cannot be resolved between the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Team and other organizations. All resolutions shall be within contractual documents applicable code and standard and this Quality Assurance Manual.
